Shipping Policy

As a subsidiary of Rehabmart.com, our shipping communications, including tracking details and estimated delivery times, may be provided by Rehabmart’s customer care team.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically ship within 48–72 hours using a trusted ground delivery service. Delivery is usually completed within 3–7 business days after shipment for UPS Ground shipping eligible items.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details once their order has been shipped.
  • Freight:  Palletized Freight items ship via large overland trucks.  Customers will be given freight tracking numbers as soon as they become available. Please find additional freight logistic information below for oversized and palletized items.  

Shipping Rates and Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $299.00 or more may qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Freight Shipping for Oversized Items

For large, heavy, or palletized items requiring freight shipping:

  • Extended Lead Time: Some freight items may take longer to process and ship.
  • Shipment Notification: Customers will be informed when their freight item is ready for shipping.
  • Delivery Requirements: If a loading dock is unavailable at the delivery location, customers must select the lift-gate delivery option at checkout to ensure proper handling of the palletized freight item.

International Shipping

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our Quotes Team at healthrevival@rehabmart.com with the product ID, description, and complete delivery address for an accurate quote.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam
