Return & Refund Policy
At Health Revival, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, restocking fees, order cancellations, and other key policies.
General Return Policy
- Our standard return window is 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- A 30% restocking fee applies unless specified otherwise.
- Additional exceptions and policies may be found on our Terms of Service page.
By placing an order with Health Revival, you agree to our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Prescription Policy, and Product Restocking Fees Policy. To initiate a return, you must email healthrevival@rehabmart.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. If you do not receive a response within 2 business days, please call 1-800-827-8283 to confirm receipt of your request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders that are canceled after shipment will incur restocking fees and all applicable shipping charges.
- Orders shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight cannot be canceled after leaving the warehouse. Freight shipments involve significant costs, and cancellation after departure will result in full responsibility for freight charges, return fees, and warehouse restocking fees.
Just-in-Time Manufacturing Policy
- Custom-made products are manufactured based on customer specifications and cannot be canceled once in production.
Damaged Merchandise Policy
- Inspect all deliveries immediately. If the package appears damaged, examine its contents before accepting.
- If the merchandise is damaged, refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours by calling 1-800-827-8283.
- If damage is discovered after accepting delivery, document it with photos and report it within 48 hours to ensure eligibility for an insurance claim.
Freight Inspection & Insurance Policy
To protect your purchase, follow these steps before signing the delivery ticket:
- Inspect: Open or uncrate the item(s) and check for concealed damage.
- Document: If damage is present, note it in writing on the Delivery Ticket before signing.
- Refuse delivery if excessive damage is observed.
Signing the delivery ticket without noting damages voids your insurance claim.
Lost or Misplaced Items Policy
If an item is reported as lost in transit, contact Health Revival immediately. We will file a Tracking Claim and work to locate your order within 72 hours. If deemed permanently lost, we will arrange for a replacement.
Non-Damaged Merchandise Returns
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Report missing merchandise within 48 hours of delivery.
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without an RA# will be refused.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, including our flat-rate shipping fee and any additional freight charges.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
Due to our warehouse network, direct exchanges are not possible. Instead, follow these steps:
- Place a new order for the desired replacement item.
- Request an RA# for the item you wish to return.
- Ship the item back following the return instructions.
- Once received, your refund (minus any restocking fees) will be processed.
Restocking Fees & Special Vendor Fees
- Standard restocking fee: 30%.
- Certain manufacturers may have higher restocking fees.
Unauthorized Returns & Package Refusals
- Unauthorized returns (without an RA#) will not be refunded.
- Customers who refuse delivery or provide an incorrect shipping address are responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees up to 50%.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built items are non-returnable.
- Hygiene and personal-use products are non-returnable due to health regulations.
- Prescription-required items require a physician’s prescription before shipment and are non-returnable.
- International orders are non-returnable and final sale.
Warranty & Replacement Parts
- Health Revival facilitates warranty claims but may refer customers to the product manufacturer for replacement parts.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty returns unless covered by the manufacturer.
Disclaimer: Pricing & Website Errors
We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs, affected transactions will be promptly refunded, and customers will be notified.
